Michael Dodge

Michael Dodge joined Continental Real Estate in 2017 and is the Vice President of Finance and Development. In this role he is responsible for managing the capital needs (debt and equity) for existing and future development properties in a variety of property types including office, retail, multifamily and senior housing.

Prior to joining Continental, Michael spent 15 years in the commercial real estate finance industry most recently as a Vice President for Wells Fargo Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Group.

Michael graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Finance – Real Estate. He is active in the community serving as a board member and past President of the Upper Arlington Civic Association as well as a variety of leadership roles with youth sports organizations.
