Gary Brooks

Gary Brooks is a seasoned quality assurance and construction management professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as QA Manager at Continental Resources, Gary oversees construction projects for Central Tank Battery facilities and manages a saltwater gathering pipeline system. Previous roles include QA Manager at EXXONMOBIL, where inspection activities encompassed structural steel and new equipment coordination, and QC Lead at Valero Refinery, responsible for the erection of heaters and associated NDE. Gary has also held supervisory and inspector positions at PCS Nitrogen Trinidad and Airswift, respectively, and served as QA Project Manager at Jacobs Engineering. With a strong background in QC, construction coordination, and mechanical inspection, Gary has consistently contributed to complex projects across multiple locations, including the United States and South America.
