Benoit Bauer

Benoit Bauer has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Vice President for Quality, Project Management, and Sustainability at Continental since October 2003. In this role, Benoit is a key member of the Core Management Team for the Business Area User Experience, tasked with defining and implementing global strategies for Quality and Project Management. Previous positions at Continental include Vice President Segment Asia, where Benoit held global P&L responsibility for various product portfolios including Instrument Clusters and Head-Up Displays, and Vice President Quality, overseeing Quality Management for Body & Security electronic systems. Earlier career experience includes roles as Program Manager and Project Manager at SIEMENS VDO Automotive. Benoit holds advanced degrees in thermal machines from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique and Technische Universität Berlin.
