Mark Rhodes

Mark Rhodes has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries. Mark is currently working at Continia Software as a Partner Account Manager since March 2022. Prior to that, in 2019 to 2022, Mark worked as the Chief Strategy Officer at New View Strategies. In their role, they were responsible for developing strategic plans and overseeing operations. Before that, Mark held various positions at Dynamic Communities, including General Manager of BCUG/NAVUG, Director of User Group Academies, and Program Director of CRMUG. Mark was involved in building a strong user community and facilitating knowledge sharing. Mark also has experience as a Managing Director at P-3-5 and a Senior Manager at Tribridge, where they led various projects in areas such as ERP implementation and organizational design. Additionally, they served as the Foundation Chair at Tampa Bay Technology Forum, focusing on connecting youth to technology and educational programs. Mark began their career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and Accenture as a Senior Manager and Senior Consultant respectively.

Mark Rhodes attended the University of Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on finance. Mark then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, specializing in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Finance.

Additionally, Mark has obtained several certifications, including the Continia Document Capture Professional User certification from Continia Software in August 2022. Mark also holds the Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate certification in Excel and Excel 2019, obtained in August 2020. Moreover, Mark has been recognized as a Microsoft Certified Trainer for the period of 2020-2021.
