Carol Ball

Carol Ball is a seasoned professional in real estate education and training, currently serving as Principal at the Carol Ball School of Real Estate, which emphasizes real estate prelicensing and continuing education. With extensive experience as a Prelicensing Instructor and course author for Continuing Ed Express, Carol Ball has played a pivotal role in developing Hawaii's real estate prelicensing courses, approved by the Hawaii Real Estate Commission. Additionally, Carol Ball is the Editor and Owner of the Hawaii Real Estate Exam Book, ensuring the material remains current and comprehensive. As Co-Owner of Carol Ball Inc., a multi-agent brokerage firm in Maui, Carol Ball has maintained a long-standing commitment to the real estate industry. Previous roles include a Commissioner for the Hawaii Real Estate Commission and an Instructor at the University of Hawaii Maui College, where an accelerated model for the real estate prelicensing course was developed. Carol Ball holds a BA in Education from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Educational Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
