Eric Ridley

Eric Ridley, CHIA, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Pioneer Companies since April 2024, having previously held the position of Director of Asset Management and Operations at Continuum Partners, LLC since May 2016. In the latter role, Eric Ridley is responsible for asset management and operations for hospitality assets nationwide, alongside overseeing the development of a luxury property portfolio focused on unique guest experiences. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Hospitality Management at Pioneer Companies from May 2016 to July 2022 and General Manager at Emerald Hospitality Associates, Inc. from March 2012 to April 2016. Eric Ridley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut, complemented by a certificate in Global Business Leadership from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a certificate in Hotel Industry Analytics from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.
