Raphael Okubo P.e.

Raphael Okubo, P.E. is an experienced engineer with a specialization in electrical and control systems. Currently serving as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer at Contra Costa Water District since January 2022, Raphael is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Prior to this role, Raphael was an Electrical Engineer at TJC and Associates, Inc. from December 2016 to January 2022, focusing on control systems programming and instrumentation design in the water/wastewater sector.
