Brandi Solomon

Brandi Solomon is a Senior Software Development Engineer at Contract Callers Inc. since July 2019, bringing extensive experience in technical support and software implementation. Prior roles include Implementation Consultant and Technical Team Lead at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence, where Brandi provided creative solutions and managed personnel for the Latitude Software suite. Brandi began a career in technical support as a Technical Support Engineer at Latitude Software and further developed skills as Desktop Support Tech and Database Tech II at Lender Processing Services, Inc. With a background in customer engagement and technical problem-solving, Brandi has consistently demonstrated expertise in responding to user needs across various roles since 2005.
