Moira Shaw Rivera

Moira Shaw Rivera started their work experience in 2004 as a Consultant in the field of research. From 2004 to 2010, they worked as a Consultant for an undisclosed company. In 2010, they joined the United States Army Public Health Command as a Public Health Scientist until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Moira worked as a Senior Evaluation Associate for Contracting Resources Group, Inc. Subsequently, they served as the Research, Analysis, and Evaluation Program Manager for the same company from 2018 to 2022. Currently, Moira holds the position of Director of Business Development and Strategy at Contracting Resources Group, Inc.

Moira Shaw Rivera has a strong educational background. Moira obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Social Psychology from the University of Texas at El Paso, where they studied from 2004 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Study Abroad program in Conflict Resolution at Nur University from 2003 to 2004. Moira earned their B.A. degree in Psychology, Spanish, and Women's Studies from West Virginia University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Moira'sacademic journey began at Morgantown High School, where they received their High School Degree from 1997 to 1999.

In addition to their extensive education, Moira Shaw Rivera has obtained relevant certifications. Moira completed the APMP® Bid and Proposal Management Foundation course from APMG International in May 2023. Moira also holds the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
