Shelby Reed

Shelby Reed has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Contractor Connection since March 2015, Shelby previously worked at The Museum of Contemporary Art Jacksonville in Sales and Guest Services. Additional roles include a temporary position as a Litigation Bill Review Specialist at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation and various positions at One Call Care Management, focusing on nursing intake and home health indexing. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Florida, which was completed in 2014.
