Ricky Melendez

Ricky Melendez is the current Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and co-founder of ContraForce. Ricky has also previously worked as a security engineer and solutions consultant for Armor Cloud Security and as an IT administrator for Rodriguez Engineering Laboratories. Ricky has a total of 11 years of experience working in the IT field.

Ricky started their career as an IT administrator for Rodriguez Engineering Laboratories, where they worked for 6 years and 4 months. Ricky then transitioned into the cybersecurity field, working as a security operations center analyst and security engineer for 2 years at McAfee. After that, they moved to Armor Cloud Security, where they worked as a security engineer and solutions consultant for 2 years. Most recently, Ricky has been working as the CTO and co-founder of ContraForce for 1 year and 11 months.

Ricky’s experience in both IT administration and cybersecurity makes him uniquely qualified to be the CTO of ContraForce. Theirextensive knowledge of IT systems and networks, combined with their experience in developing and implementing security solutions, makes him an invaluable asset to the company. Under Ricky’s leadership, ContraForce has become one of the leading providers of cloud security solutions.

Ricky Melendez attended The University of Texas at Austin, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computational Mathematics in 2016.
