Chris Edwards

Chris Edwards has a strong background in software development and architecture. Chris currently serves as the Principal Architect at Contrast Security since November 2019. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Architect at Kasasa from October 2014 to November 2019. During their time there, they also held positions as an Architect and Senior Developer. Before Kasasa, Chris worked as a Software Developer at PlanView, Inc. from July 2007 to November 2008, where they led a team in creating a web application using ASP.NET & C#. Chris also worked as a Developer at TopLineSite from March 2007 to June 2007. Chris began their career at the Texas Education Agency in October 2001 as a Senior Developer Team Lead. In this role, they led a team in developing a reusable C# 2.0 component for TEA applications. Chris held this position until February 2007.

Chris Edwards attended Texas A&M University-Kingsville from 1991 to 1995, majoring in Computer Science. Following that, from 1995 to 1998, they attended Blinn College, studying Computer Science as well.
