Karen Foster

Karen Foster has over 35 years of experience in supply chain management and sourcing, currently serving as the Supply Chain Materials Manager at Control Solutions, LLC since 2005. Previously, as the Global Sourcing Manager at Tellabs from 1985 to 2005, Karen successfully established a sourcing department with teams in Finland, Ireland, and North America, significantly improving the efficiency of new product development by reducing the turnaround time for engineering requests from 3 days to 24 hours through the implementation of an online prototype request form.
