Raoul Castro

Raoul Castro is a seasoned mechanical engineer with significant experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Lead Mechanical Engineer at Control Solutions LLC since September 2015, Raoul has previously held roles including RMA/Quality Engineer at Merkle-Korff Industries, where responsibilities included root cause analysis and implementing solutions using 6-Sigma tools. At Danaher Motion, Raoul worked as a Project Engineer, leading the design and development of linear actuators for military and industrial applications. Prior experience also includes a position as Senior Design Engineer at ITW Paslode, focusing on pneumatic nailing systems. Raoul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
