Maddie Clingan

Maddie Clingan is a seasoned professional in agile coaching and project management, currently serving as a Principal Agile Coach and Agile People Manager at ControlPlane since May 2022. In this role, Maddie mentors and supports Scrum Masters while contributing to team and organizational goals. Additionally, Maddie holds the position of Agile Coach at Dialogue Earth and serves as a Technical Board Advisor for The Client Relationship Consultancy Group. Previous experience includes roles as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at Ychina and Project Manager for the Yenching Global Symposium. Maddie has also worked in policy development as a Policy Officer in the Work and Health Innovation Unit. Educational qualifications include a Master’s of Law from Yenching Academy of Peking University and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of York.
