Mario Weigel

Mario Weigel is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and cloud technologies. Currently serving as a Cloud Native Engineer at ControlPlane since August 2022, Mario has held significant roles including Kafka Software Consultant at ASB Bank, and Senior Systems Engineer at Vend. Previous positions include Senior Systems Specialist and Senior Systems Administrator at ASB Bank and Mako Networks respectively, as well as a Systems Administrator role at Movio. Mario's career spans over 17 years in the technology sector, following an educational background at Avondale College from 1993 to 1998.
