Victor Ellis

Victor Ellis has extensive work experience in corporate strategy, business development, and mergers and acquisitions. Victor currently holds the position of Vice President and Managing Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at ConvaTec since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at BD for nine years, starting as a Manager of Corporate Strategy and Development in 2012 and progressing to roles such as Senior Manager, Associate Director of Corporate Development, Director of Business Development - MMS, and finally Senior Director of Business Development. Before joining BD, Victor worked at Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. as a Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Associate after completing their MBA Career Development Program. Victor also gained experience as a Summer Intern (Financial Analyst) at RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company and worked as a Team Leader at Deluxe Corporation. Victor's early career included a role as a Team Manager at kgb.

Victor Ellis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, from Winston-Salem State University, which they earned from 2000 to 2004. Victor has also obtained a Master of Business Administration with a Finance Concentration from the same university, studying from 2007 to 2008.
