Siddharth Nayar has worked for two companies, ConveGenius- Nudging Education! and S&P Global Market Intelligence. In 2015, they started their career at ConveGenius- Nudging Education! as a Senior Software Developer, then moved up to Lead Software Developer and eventually Assistant Vice President - Technology. At the same time, they also worked for S&P Global Market Intelligence as an Infrastructure Systems Engineer.

Siddharth Nayar completed a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute Of Information Technology. Prior to this, they attended Ryan International School, Noida, where they studied Science.
