Aleks Sharfman

Aleks Sharfman has extensive experience in the audio-visual and operations management sectors, currently serving as Senior Director of AV at Convene since July 2018, after holding various roles within the company such as Director of AV Operations and Area Technology Manager. Prior experience includes an Operations Manager position at PSAV, where responsibility included creating variance reports and managing payroll. At UCLA, Aleks served as Conference Supervisor, overseeing significant events, including the UCLA - Los Angeles 2024 Olympic Bid, managing a large operational team, and improving departmental systems for efficiency. Additional previous roles include Events Supervisor at UCLA and Event Coordinator at Shalom Institute.
