Abhilash Pillai

Abhilash Pillai has a strong background in HR technology and operations. Abhilash is currently working as the VP of People Services, Technology & Total Rewards at Convera. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of People/HR Operations & HR Technology at Western Digital from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they were the Senior Director of HR Shared Services & HR Technology at Concentrix from 2016 to 2019. Abhilash also has experience working at Visa as the Director of HR Technology from 2011 to 2016, and at Gap Inc as the Senior HR Technology Lead from 2006 to 2011. Abhilash began their career as a Senior HR Consultant at ObjectWin Technology, Inc., where they worked with multiple clients from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their corporate experience, Abhilash is also an Advisory Council Member at California State University - East Bay.

Abhilash Pillai attended Stanford University from 2014 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Leadership for Strategic Execution. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston from 2002 to 2004.
