Leeza has worked in major companies such as Convera, FORMA Brands, Gensler, and US Concrete, where they managed payroll for thousands of employees across multiple countries and states. Leeza has demonstrated their proficiency in using payroll software like Ceridian DayForce, ADP Streamline, ADP Vantage, ADP Freedom, and Workday HR. With their extensive background, Leeza has contributed to streamlining payroll processes and ensuring compliance for the organizations they have worked for.

Leeza Dilworth attended the University of Sacramento from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a degree in Accounting. In 1989, they also briefly attended MTI Business College Inc. In 2013, Leeza obtained a Global Payroll Management Certificate from the American Payroll Association.
