Kara Peiffer

Kara Peiffer, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Client Services Lead at Converge HR Solutions since April 2018, where oversight of a team of seven HR Consultants ensures optimal client-consultant matching. In this role, Kara collaborates with the Director of Business Development to define new client scopes and works with the CEO on various company initiatives. Previously, Kara provided HR support as an Outsourced partner for small to mid-sized businesses while serving as an HR Consultant. Prior experience includes roles as an HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist at F.A. Davis Company and as an HR Intern at honeygrow. Kara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University - Camden, earned between 2012 and 2015.
