Melisa Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Melisa is currently working as a Technical Product Champion at Converge Technology Solutions Corp. since March 2023. Previously, they served as a Product Manager at JarWare, contracted to DHS - USCIS, from August 2021 to January 2023.

From December 2016 to August 2021, Melisa worked at Convoke as a Senior QA Engineer and Liaison to the Product Manager.
