Michael James has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael started their career in 1994 as the Manager of Computer Operations and Network Systems at Cooper Industries Ltd. From there, they worked as a Network Engineer at Cooper Power Systems before joining Veolia Environmental Services as a Senior Network Engineer. At Veolia, they managed a large-scale WAN and contributed to setting IT policies and budgeting. In 2007, Michael joined RF Technologies as a Sr. Network Application Engineer, where they led initiatives to develop Cisco VoIP/E-Call solutions and served as an engineering support for networking issues. Michael later became the Director of Information Technology at RF Technologies, leading a team of IT staff and actively participating in the company's strategic goals. In 2017, Michael joined PDS Paragon Development Systems as the Director of Information Technology and continued their role even after the company was acquired by Converge Technology Solutions Corp. in January 2022. Currently, Michael is the Director of Development at Converge Technology Solutions Corp.
Michael James attended Waukesha North High School from 1988 to 1991. Michael then attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1991 to 1994, although their degree and field of study are unknown. In terms of certifications, Michael obtained various certifications from Cisco, including Conducting Cisco Unified Wireless Site Survey (CUWSS) in June 2015, Implementing Cisco IOS Network Security (IINS) CCNA-Security in June 2012, Implementing Cisco Unified Wireless Networking Essentials (IUWNE) CCNA-Wireless in June 2009, Cisco IP Communications Specialist in March 2009, Introducing Cisco Voice and Unified Communications (ICOMM) CCNA-Voice in March 2009, Cisco Express Foundation for Field Engineers (CXFF) in February 2009, and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) in June 2000.
