Manoj Pillai

Manoj Pillai began their work experience in 1996 as a Principal Consultant at PwC. Manoj then worked as a Senior Manager at Accenture from 2002 to 2007. Following that, they became a Principal at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) from 2007 to 2013. Manoj then worked as a Managing Director at Deloitte Digital from 2013 to 2021. During this time, they also held the role of Global Director - Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at AppDirect from 2021 to 2022. Manoj later worked as a Strategic Advisor at Gracie.ai from 2022 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at Convergence Acceleration Solutions/CAS Group, a Wipro Company since 2023. In their various roles, Manoj has been responsible for managing inorganic business development, defining digital transformation agendas, leading differentiated services offerings, and managing strategic partnerships.

Manoj Pillai has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems and Accounting from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Manoj has also obtained additional certifications in various areas such as AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Creative Thinking: Techniques and Tools for Success from Imperial College London, Executive Data Science Specialization from The Johns Hopkins University, and High Performance Collaboration: Leadership, Teamwork, and Negotiation from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
