Ezio Riva

Ezio Riva is an experienced Senior Reliability Engineer currently employed at CONVERGENT PHOTONICS since January 2023, focusing on reliability assessment of high power laser diodes for medical and industrial applications. Prior to this role, Ezio worked at Prima Electro S.p.A. from October 2014 to December 2022, also specializing in reliability tests for high power laser diodes, and held a similar position at Avago Technologies from December 2005 to July 2014, where Ezio developed reliability experiments for high bit rate semiconductor lasers. Ezio’s earlier career includes positions as a Quality and Reliability Engineer at Agilent Technologies, a Software Engineer at Artis Software and CSI Piemonte, and a Researcher at Telecom Italia Lab. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Technology and multimedia from COREP and Politecnico di Torino, along with a Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica from Politecnico di Torino.
