Arthur Mkhitaryan

Arthur Mkhitaryan is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in operations, management, and digital transformation. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer and Executive Board Member at Converse Bank, Mkhitaryan has led various digitalization projects since June 2021. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer at EasyPay, Mkhitaryan successfully navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, significantly expanding the self-service machine network and profitability while tripling e-wallet users. Additional roles include Head of Remote Sales at Ardshinbank and Chief Executive Officer at Artsakh Bank, where Mkhitaryan focused on liquidity regulation and portfolio management. Mkhitaryan's career also includes significant positions at HSBC and Gladzor Bank, with a strong foundation in credit operations, risk management, and foreign exchange. Mkhitaryan holds a Master’s degree in Macroeconomics and Finance from the Economic Research Institute at the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Armenia.
