Spencer Goodman

Spencer Goodman has worked in a variety of roles in the hospitality industry since 2008. Spencer began their career as a Hospitality Manager at Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar. In 2009, they took on a Premium Service Intern role at ARAMARK Sports, Entertainment & Conventions. From 2010 to 2012, Goodman held the roles of Restaurant & Cafe Manager and Food & Beverage Manager at ARAMARK. In 2012, they were Manager On Duty-London Olympics at ARAMARK UK Limited. After that, they worked as a Project Manager at Food for Thought from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they were Business Development Manager at Professional Sports Catering. From 2016 to 2021, they held the roles of Account Executive and Enterprise Solutions Executive at ParTech, Inc. Most recently, they have been working as a Client Director at CustomerX.i since 2021 and is currently an Account Executive at ConverseNow.AI.

Spencer Goodman received their B.A. in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University in 2010, and prior to that they attended Beachwood High School. In 2015, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
