Asha R.

Asha R. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to 2018. Asha began their career as a Dancer at the Jamal Jackson Dance Company in 2005 and was promoted to Executive Director in 2006. In 2006, they also began teaching Dance at The Pierrepont School. In 2008, they became an Assistant to the Director of Development at the New York City Opera. From 2012 to 2017, they held various positions at LIBRA CAPITAL US, INC, including Assistant Accountant and Accounts Payable & Office Manager. In 2017, they became Managing Director/Interim at Cora Dance, where they managed and supported the standardization of key business processes and reporting at the field level for the finance/accounting department. In 2018, they became Finance Director at Converseon.AI, where they managed the accounting and HR departments and was responsible for timely, relevant, and accurate financial performance reporting.

Asha R. is currently studying for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at West Texas A&M University, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Asha previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Williams College.
