Leigh Grey-Smith

Leigh Grey-Smith is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and digital strategy across various roles. Currently serving as Chief Design Officer at norg.ai since March 2024, Leigh also holds the position of User Experience Lead - Director at Greytone Consulting Pty Ltd since January 2005 and User Experience Lead at Conversion Digital since February 2019. Previous roles include Head of UX and Digital Strategy at myGov, Lead User Experience Designer at iSelect, and Head of User Experience at Alliance Software Pty Ltd. Leigh's expertise includes leading UX initiatives, digital strategy development, and mentoring in the software industry, supported by a strong educational background from the Victorian College of the Arts and the University of Melbourne.
