Marte Dille

Marte Dille has extensive work experience in the fields of conversion rate optimization (CRO), experimentation, growth hacking, and human resources. Marte currently serves as the Managing Director at Conversionista! and has previously held roles such as Senior Expert CRO & Experimentation and Expert CRO & Experimentation. Marte has also worked as the Growth Hacking Lead at Storebrand. Prior to their role at Conversionista!, Marte held various positions at DNB, including Head of Experimentation and CRO, Team Coach for Digital Sales, and Business Developer for Digital Sales. Marte also has experience in human resources, having worked as a Human Resource Project Associate at Jernbaneverket and an HR Member at oikos Copenhagen. Additionally, they gained internship experience at Mercuri Urval.

Marte Dille earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2008 to 2011. Marte then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Copenhagen Business School from 2011 to 2013.
