Gláucia Montanha

Gláucia Montanha is an experienced executive in the fields of media and digital business, currently serving as CEO of Artplan SP and Convert Digital Business since November 2020. In addition, Gláucia is a founding member of Rise and Raise Others since July 2022. Prior to these roles, Gláucia held several positions at Young & Rubicam from February 2004 to November 2020, including Director of Media, where responsible for media planning and client service for major brands like Goodyear and Banco Bradesco. Earlier experience includes coordinating special projects at the Associação Paulista de Medicina from February 1997 to January 2004. Gláucia holds a degree in Communication Social and Business Administration from FECAP and an MBA in Big Data Applied to Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
