Wagner Ferrer

Wagner Ferrer is currently the Líder de criação at Convert since February 2021, managing diverse clients including Grupo Casas Bahia and Galderma. Concurrently, Wagner serves as a Mentor and Líder de diversidade & inclusão for the Grupo Dreamers, spearheading various initiatives and projects that promote LGBTQIAPN+ rights and visibility. Prior roles include being a Palestrante at RIO2C and serving as Diretor de arte at Artplan, where Wagner was recognized with a shortlist nomination for the Effie Awards in 2020. Wagner's extensive background also includes co-founding artistic initiatives and teaching at various institutions, complemented by an educational foundation in propaganda and marketing from ESPM.
