Ben Crouse

Ben Crouse is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product development and team leadership. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Convictional since August 2021, Ben previously held roles such as Staff Engineer at the same company and Product Lead at VTEX, where product direction and team mentorship were key responsibilities. At Workarea Commerce Platform, Ben significantly contributed to the platform's initial development and ongoing improvements as Head of Product, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with stakeholders on product vision and roadmap.
