Lan Nguyen

Lan is the head of Global Human Resources and Facilities at Conviva. She is responsible for overseeing global strategy and operations for people and workplace. As a strategic human resources leader, Lan has experience in aligning strategic business plan into HR strategy and operations to achieve corporate objectives. Prior to joining Conviva, she served at LiveOps where she managed the recruiting growth from less than 100 to well over 400+ employees, including as a HR lead in domestic and international acquisitions, designed and implemented global HR operations and people programs to support the aggressive growth.
