Santosh Chachar

Santosh Chachar holds multiple cybersecurity certifications, including CISSP, CEH, CCIO, RHCE, and DICI. With extensive experience in information security, Santosh currently serves as the Head of Security Program at Conviva, overseeing various security measures including cloud and application security, data privacy, and vendor risk management. As a Director at ISC2 Bangalore Chapter, Santosh contributes to the advancement of the cybersecurity profession. Previous roles include Principal Manager of Information Security at Jifflenow, where GDPR compliance and secure SDLC programs were implemented, and Information Security Manager at Helpshift, focusing on GDPR compliance and ISO standards. Santosh has also held positions in IT security at GS Lab and as a Technical Leader at Atos India Pvt Ltd, among other earlier roles. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Diploma in Internet Crime Investigation from the Asian School of Cyber Laws.
