Caitlyn Sunseri

Caitlyn Sunseri has a diverse work experience across various industries. Caitlyn started their career as an Intern and Receptionist at Campbell Law Firm, where they handled daily operations and performed market research. Caitlyn then worked as a Student Consultant at Creative Labs and Kovio Inc., providing market research and developing marketing strategies. Caitlyn also held roles as an Administrative Assistant at Westminster Promotions, where they coordinated departments and managed social media efforts, and as a Marketing Specialist at Jobspring Partners, where they implemented local marketing strategies.

In 2013, Caitlyn joined Dishcrawl as a Brand Manager, overseeing Brand Ambassadors and ensuring successful event execution. Following that, they worked as a Yoga Instructor at CorePower Yoga, specializing in Power Vinyasa Flow formats.

Caitlyn joined Kukui in 2013 and held several positions, including Client Marketing Specialist, Associate Director of Client Services, Vice President of Client Services, and Senior Client Success Coordinator. In these roles, they provided excellent customer service, managed marketing campaigns, and led teams to drive client success and satisfaction.

From 2021 to 2023, Caitlyn worked as a Customer Success Manager at Emotive, where they empowered e-commerce customers to achieve their goals using the Emotive Conversational Sales platform. Caitlyn owned the entire customer lifecycle, focused on renewals, and utilized data to drive decisions and increase revenue.

Currently, Caitlyn is a Customer Success Manager at Convoso.

Caitlyn Sunseri pursued their education beginning in 2007 at California State University, Bakersfield, where they focused on General Education for the duration of two years. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, Caitlyn attended San Jose State University, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Advertising. In addition to their formal education, Caitlyn also obtained several certifications, including "Developing Credibility as a Leader," "Leadership Fundamentals," "Managing Virtual Teams," and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers," all through LinkedIn in August 2020.
