Cassie Ng

Cassie Ng's work experience begins with their current role as a Product Manager at Convoso, a position they started in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Evite as an Associate Product Manager, where they were responsible for managing the mobile products and driving the vision and strategy for Evite's native iOS and Android apps. Cassie collaborated with various teams to ensure the development and delivery of user-focused features.

Before joining Evite, Cassie held multiple roles at Solver. Cassie started as a Partner Support specialist, where they provided expertise on Solver capabilities and Microsoft Azure Cloud. Cassie then transitioned to a Cloud Integration Support Specialist position, where they established a dedicated integration support service, developed training guides, and reduced integration support tickets through an official integration connector library. Cassie also served as an Integration Consultant, identifying market gaps and opportunities and facilitating technical discussions around APIs and wireframes.

Cassie's earliest work experience was as a Marketing Associate at Bureau Veritas, where they worked from 2015 to 2016.

Throughout their career, Cassie has demonstrated expertise in product management, technical support, integration, and partnership success. Cassie has a strong track record of driving product strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Cassie Ng holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from UC San Diego. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These certifications include Pendo Essentials from Pendo.io, obtained in December 2022, and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2021. Cassie also holds an edX Verified Certificate for Querying with Transact-SQL from Microsoft, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certificate are unknown.
