Thomas Noyes

Thomas Noyes currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Security at Convoy of Hope, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Noyes worked with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service for over 27 years, culminating in the title of Inspector in Charge before retirement in June 2023.
