Mauricio Defreitas

Mauricio Defreitas, MSHS, LPN, currently serves as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Conway Medical Center since October 2021, previously holding the same role at The Lakes at Litchfield from December 2018 to October 2021. A retired member of the United States Air Force, Mauricio Defreitas completed a distinguished military career from May 1995 to September 2021, including roles such as Aeromedical Evacuation Technician and Non Commissioned Officer in Charge at the 81st Medical Group. Mauricio Defreitas has earned a Master of Science in Health Science with a focus on Emergency & Disaster Management from Trident University International and a Bachelor of Health Science from Campbell University, complemented by a Diploma of Applied Science in Practical Nursing from Horry-Georgetown Technical College.
