Gene Lightsey

Gene Lightsey is an experienced project executive and manager with a strong background in engineering and project oversight across various industries. Currently serving in multiple roles at ConXtech since June 2022, Gene previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Matrix Service, where a notable achievement includes the construction of a Thermal Vacuum Chamber for Lockheed Martin. Prior experience includes key project management roles at Jacobs Engineering, Oxy, Lyondell-Citgo Refining LP, Diamond Shamrock Corporation, and International Paper. Gene's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned between 1969 and 1974.
