Richard D. Smith

Richard D. Smith has extensive experience in law enforcement and machine operation. Currently serving on the Emergency Response Team at the Cook County Sheriff's Department since August 2013, Richard D. Smith has been a Deputy Sheriff Officer with the Cook County Sheriff since July 2010. Prior to this, Richard D. Smith worked as a Mill Operator and Machine Operator at ITW from 1998 to June 2010. Educational achievements include a high school diploma from St. Rita High School/Luther High School South (1996) and attendance at various elementary schools, culminating in education at The University of Toledo from 1999 to 2004.
