Andrew Jatico has extensive work experience in the financial sector, primarily in various roles within Cook County government. Andrew began their career in 2008 as a Budget Analyst, where they played a vital role in developing and managing Cook County's annual operating budget. Andrew then transitioned to the role of Financial Research Analyst in 2012.
In 2014, Jatico joined the Cook County Public Defender's Office as the Chief Financial Officer, a role they held until 2017. During their time there, they were responsible for overseeing financial operations and managing resources.
In 2016, Jatico also served as a Trustee for the Cook County Pension Fund. Their tenure as a Trustee lasted until 2017.
In 2017, Jatico joined the Cook County Treasurer's Office, initially serving as the Assistant Chief Financial Officer before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2019.
Andrew Jatico attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Actuarial Science.
