Jessica Rauchenstein

Jessica Rauchenstein is an accomplished legal and procurement professional with extensive experience in contract management and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Legal Affairs at Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Inc., Jessica has held multiple roles including Contract Manager and Contract Administrator since February 2021. Prior to this position, Jessica managed contracts at Southcentral Foundation from July 2016 to February 2021, overseeing the contract process for external services. Earlier experience includes managerial roles in procurement and contracts at Caelus Energy, and HSE coordination at Pioneer Natural Resources Company. Jessica's educational background includes training in the Alaska Native Executive Leadership Program at Alaska Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
