Kyle Shroy

Kyle Shroy is an experienced Information Technology professional with a focus on IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at Cook Security Group since November 2018, Kyle is responsible for planning, deploying, and supporting IT infrastructure, while also providing Tier 3 support. Prior to this role, Kyle held multiple positions at CORE Business Services from February 2012 to November 2018, including Implementation Engineer, Service Coordinator, Service Pod Leader, and Network Technician. Earlier experience includes working as a Geek Squad Computer Technician at Best Buy, where Kyle supported clients with computer issues and managed a database for efficient service, and as Front Office and Computer Systems Support at All Natural Pest Elimination, assisting with both maintenance and the implementation of new network systems. Kyle studied at Rogue Community College.
