Grace Jackson

Grace Jackson currently serves as a Learning and Development Advisor at COOK Trading Ltd since October 2020, having previously held the position of Learning and Development Coordinator. Prior to this role, Grace worked at Top Villas from April 2018 to September 2020, where experience included positions as a Guest Experience Specialist, engaging with guests and third-party agents, and as a Product Specialist, maintaining the villa portfolio and enhancing asset presentations. Grace started a career in retail at Jo Malone London, first as a Stylist and progressing to Senior Stylist & In-Store Education Executive, organizing store events and overseeing operations. Previous experience includes assisting in cash management and team alignment as an Assistant Store Manager at Oliver Bonas and providing sales support at Harrods. Grace holds a Level 4 Diploma in Fashion Retail from the Fashion Retail Academy, an Office Skills Diploma from Pitman Training Group, and is currently pursuing further education at The Open University.
