Marc Coetzee is a seasoned chef with a wealth of experience in various high-end establishments. Currently, Marc works as a Multi brand Pre opening Executive Chef at Cool Inc. Prior to this, Marc held positions such as Pre opening Executive Chef at Wolfgang Puck and Paradise Bay Hotel and Resort, as well as Head Chef at The Chophouse Restaurant, Rampila Restaurant, Gaucho, and The Althorp Restaurant. Marc also worked as a Pastry Chef at Fortnum & Mason and at Babylon Restaurant at The Roof Gardens. Marc's culinary journey began after graduating from Welkom High School.
