Jeremy Whisnant has worked in various roles since 1999. Jeremy began their career as a Business Development Manager at Gateway, Inc., where they managed $45 million of annual revenue from Amazon.com, Costco, Costco.com, Sam's Club, and Samsclub.com. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as a Self Employed Consultant. In 2008, they joined Adobe Systems as a Customer Success Manager, where they owned retention and cross-sell/up-sell for $10 million of ACV from Fortune 500 Adobe Marketing Suite customers. In 2012, they became the Alternate Channels Manager for Sony Electronics, Inc., where they ran marketplaces, programs, and segments for Sony Direct, driving over $40 million of Sony’s US E-Commerce business. In 2015, they were appointed Head of Global E-Commerce at LV310 Technology, Inc., and was also appointed Interim Board Member at SDSI. In 2016, they became the Director of Digital at Northern Arizona University, leading NAU’s digital strategy design and execution. In 2019, they became a Consultant for Transform Partners (Mount-It! & Turcom). In 2020, they were appointed VP, Digital at COOLA.

Jeremy Whisnant attended UC Irvine from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a B.A. in English.
