Courtney Turich

Courtney Turich currently serves as the Vice President of North American Sales at Cooler Heads. Prior to this role, Courtney was the Regional Capital Sales Manager at Olympus Veran Technologies from September 2016 to April 2021. While at Olympus, Courtney was awarded President's Club in 2018, 2019, and 2020. Courtney also has experience as an entrepreneur, having served as Co-Founder and Shark Tank Entrepreneur at Monkey Mat from May 2012 to August 2017. On Season 5, episode 22 of Shark Tank, Courtney partnered with Mark Cuban and Lori Greiner, generating over $4M in sales. Courtney began their career at Stryker in January 2007, serving as Sales Director for Stryker Biotech until May 2014. Upon divesture in May 2014, Courtney was ranked #1 in their region. From May 2003 to October 2006, Courtney served as the Global Product Manager for Orthopaedic Navigation at Stryker Navigation.

Courtney Turich is a student at iPEC Coaching and is pursuing a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Information and Communication Sciences from Ball State University. Courtney is certified by the International Coaching Federation as an ICF Member Badge.
