Kate Dilligan

Kate Dilligan is the CEO of Cooler Heads. Kate has over 17 years of experience in the technology industry, including executive and leadership positions at KnuEdge and DCCC.

At KnuEdge, Kate was employee #2 and helped the company grow to over 120 employees and raise over $130M. As Executive Vice President, they managed all administrative, financial and legal affairs for the first 12 years. Kate also built and led engineering teams that successfully deployed voice biometric solutions for the US Government, generating over $15M in revenue.

Kate's experience also includes working as Finance Director for Sanchez for Congress and California Finance Director for Friends of Jane Harman. In these positions, they were responsible for managing budgets, fundraising, and financial reporting.

Kate Dilligan has a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Kate'story from Smith College.
